Q: What are your payment options?
A We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We also accept US Postal Service Money Orders by mail.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: YES! We ship world-wide. The shipping address must match the verified Paypal address or verified credit card holder address. The customer is responsible for all duties and/or taxes that their country may charge.

Q: Are your shipments discrete?
A: YES! We use only plain packaging. The return address says simply “Shipping Department” or “Silver Hare LLC.” For our international customers we use generic terms such as “massager” to declare contents on customs forms.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, and are normally sent out within 1-2 business days for US customers and 3-4 business days for International customers. Standard shipping usually arrives in 3-5 business days for US customers. International shipping times vary widely depending on the destination but we do everything possible to get your order to you quickly, generally within 10-15 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for both domestic and international shipments.

Q: What if there is a problem with my order?
A: Call or email us and we will be happy to help you. We guarantee that your purchases will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace them. Also, 99% of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty of a year or more! We strive to bring you the highest quality products from companies that take pride in their workmanship, so you can worry less and bliss more!
